At Vavivu, we want to make sure you get your beautiful home decor as quickly and affordably as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, based on our standard international shipping timeframes.
1. Shipping Locations
We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, and select international locations. If you’re in another country and would like to place an order, feel free to contact us at alanmaz85@gmail.com to discuss shipping options.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard International Shipping:
- Free on orders over $50
- Delivery time: 15-30 business days
- For orders under $50, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
- Expedited International Shipping:
- Available for an additional fee
- Delivery time: 7-15 business days
- Costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Premium International Shipping:
- Available for an additional fee
- Delivery time: 3-7 business days
- Costs will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order’s weight, size, and delivery location.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- After your order is placed, we typically need 1-3 business days to process your order before it’s shipped.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track the status of your order at any time through the link or by logging into your Vavivu account.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or some rural areas.
- Ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing the order. Any changes to the shipping address must be made before the order ships.
6. Shipping Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delivery times may vary due to factors like customs clearance, local delivery service delays, and holidays. Please allow additional time if necessary, and track your order to stay updated.
